Parshat Balak Hineni Yoga Flow

You are welcome to tune into the next session in our Hineni with Ami parshah series: accessible embodied Judaism and yoga inspired by the weekly parshah and Chassidic wisdom.

This week’s parshah is Balak, the second in the week’s double portion. The text points us toward altruism - giving and serving for its own sake, not for what we get back. Drawing on Chassidic teachings and the metaphor of the lion, we’ll explore what it takes to cultivate that way of being, and how life force flows through us when we give without an agenda.

Through movement, breathwork, and grounding postures, we’ll bring these themes into the body: releasing the ego’s pull toward only receiving, making space to give to others, and feeling what opens up when we do.

Accessible class, open to all, no experience necessary. Join the recording below…
