You’re invited to tune into the next session in our Hineni parshah series: accessible embodied Judaism and yoga inspired by the weekly parshah and Chassidic wisdom!
In this week’s parshah, Parshah Va’etchanan, Moses tells the Israelites to guard themselves very carefully so they don’t forget the things they have seen over the 40 year journey.
The Ba’al Shem Tov teaches from this verse that we must care for and tend to our bodies so that our souls can flourish.
Through movement, breathwork, and grounding postures, we’ll explore how to move with the breath as the life force and spirit of the body; experience the different motions of the spine for embodied awareness; and flow through the Seven Species of Israel for nourishment.
This is an accessible class, open to all! No prior experience necessary. Join the recording below…
