Up and Down

This song makes me think about the expansiveness of the heart and of the community: The desire to wonder, wander, and explore. It need not be difficult. Amid the possibilities for growth as a person and as a society there is also, thankfully, that which stays the same. We can rest in the cadence of change, smile at our resistance, and join others to spurn the inequities, trek the savannahs, stop at home, then navigate the stars.
