They form a carefully unfolding journey of the soul—from awakening, to renewal, to intimacy, and finally to living joyfully in the Divine Presence. Drawing on Torah, Chassidut, Kabbalah, Rav Kook, and Jewish meditation, this seven-part series offers a fresh and practical approach to one of the most transformative seasons of the Jewish year. Rather than viewing these days primarily through the lens of obligation, we will discover them as an invitation into a deeper relationship with God, ourselves, and the purpose of our lives. Beginning with Elul, we explore the revolutionary path Moshe opens after the sin of the Golden Calf: a relationship founded on compassion, growth, and the courage to begin again. From there, we enter Rosh Hashanah, discovering humanity's purpose, the creative power of prayer, the voice of the shofar, remembrance, and judgment as the recovery of our deepest identity. The Ten Days of Teshuvah become a living workshop for transforming insight into lasting change. Yom Kippur reveals a love deeper than failure and a purity that restores genuine closeness with God. Finally, Sukkot teaches us how to dwell in that relationship with joy, integrating every dimension of life through the sukkah and the four species. Each session combines profound Torah learning with guided meditation, contemplative practice, and practical spiritual exercises, helping these timeless teachings become lived experience. Together we will discover that the journey through Elul and the festivals is, ultimately, the journey home. All texts will be provided in Hebrew and English translation. Open to learners of all backgrounds and orientations. How does it work? Seven live online sessions (75-90 minutes each). Attend live or watch recordings at your own pace. Each class includes: Diving deep into Torah text and tradition. Guided practices and reflective exercises designed to internalize the teachings and connect them to our personal and communal journeys. Open space for questions, discussion, and sharing, allowing the group itself to facilitate a process of collective healing. There will also be a dedicated WhatsApp group to facilitate sharing, connection and growth between the sessions. When is it? Monday, August 3 - September 14 10am PST • 1pm EST • 6pm UK • 8pm Israel and the relevant times in your time zones.
