Weekly Hineni Yoga Flows
Free series of recorded mindful movement sessions with Ami Gordon to guide us through each week.
What is this course?
Following Shavuot, we are delighted to be offering our community free weekly Hineni Yoga Flows with Ami Gordon, created in collaboration with Rabbi Bluth. For many of you who have already joined Ami’s holiday, monthly or Omer offerings, this will be a beautiful next step: a weekly practice rooted in the rhythm and wisdom of the Torah cycle itself. Each class will weave together movement, breath, Jewish wisdom, and spiritual reflection inspired by the weekly Torah portion. Drawing in part from Rabbi Daniel’s teachings in Living the Torah Cycle with the Ba’al Shem Tov, Ami will explore Chasidic insights alongside broader themes arising from each parshah — translating them into embodied practice and lived experience. These sessions are an invitation not only to study Torah intellectually, but to feel it, integrate it, and move with it through the body. Every week will offer something unique: a new teaching, a new emotional or spiritual texture, and a new opportunity to connect ancient wisdom with personal practice in an accessible and grounded way. These recorded classes are free and open to all. No prior background in yoga, movement, or Jewish learning is needed. The practices are intentionally gentle and accessible, often incorporating chair-based options and adaptations for varying abilities and experience levels. Everyone who registers will be sent the recorded yoga flow for each week's Torah portion on the Sunday before it is read, to give you as much time as possible to enjoy it during the week. We hope you’ll become part of this growing community exploring the spiritual wisdom of our tradition through embodied practice.
