You’re invited to tune into the next session in our Hineni parshah series: accessible embodied Judaism and yoga inspired by the weekly parshah and Chassidic wisdom!
In this week’s parshah, Parshah Devarim, Moses rebukes the Israelites as he recounts the places they made mistakes at during their 40 year journey. The Chernobyler Rebbe sweetens this rebuke by teaching that Moses evoked expansive awareness (Da’at) with his speech, enabling the Israelites to experience these places from a higher consciousness.
Through movement, breathwork, and grounding postures, we’ll explore familiar poses with expansive awareness as we revisit them with mindfulness, creating expansiveness and healing in our bodies and our lives.
This is an accessible class, open to all! No prior experience necessary. Join the recording below…
