You’re invited to tune into the next session in our Hineni series: accessible embodied Judaism and yoga inspired by the weekly parshah and Chassidic wisdom!
This week’s parshah, Massei (the second of the double parshah), lists the journeys of the Israelites from Egypt to the Promised Land. R’ Moshe Chaim Ephraim of Sudilkov (the grandson of the Besht) teaches that the 42 journeys of the Israelites occur in each of our lives.
Through movement, breathwork, and grounding postures, we’ll explore these journeys in our embodied practice — using the poses as a guide to journeying through the miracles, challenges, and gifts of the wilderness of our own lives.
This is an accessible class, open to all! No prior experience necessary. Join the recording below…
