Parshat Ekev Hineni Yoga Flow

You’re invited to tune into the next session in our Hineni parshah series: accessible embodied Judaism and yoga inspired by the weekly parshah and Chassidic wisdom!


In this week’s parshah, Ekev, Moses tells the Israelites to cleave to Hashem. The Ba’al Shem Tov teaches from this verse that we don’t need to pray or meditate to attach to God — God is in everything we do, even the mundane and ordinary. He also teaches that God is always looking at us, just as we are always looking back.


As we invite in movement and breath, we’ll explore how to bring awareness to Hashem’s presence in even the simplest, most ordinary poses — seeing that gaze meet ours as we move through our embodied practice.
