Tisha B'Av Hineni Yoga Flow

Tisha B’Av is the saddest day in the Hebrew calendar, as we mourn the loss of the Temples and the brokenness still present in our world today.


We’ll move into this sadness and grief with mindfulness, exploring how we can begin to repair and heal — both in our own lives and the world around us.


We’ll bring these themes into the body with movement, breathwork and grounding postures: sitting with grief without rushing past it, making space for what’s broken, and finding the first small steps toward repair and wholeness.
