You are invited to tune into the next session in our Hineni with Ami parshah series: accessible embodied Judaism and yoga inspired by the weekly parshah and Chassidic wisdom!
This week’s parshah, Mattot, opens with Moses instructing the heads of the tribes on the laws of vows. The Kedushat Levi teaches on the power of our speech - both literally and spiritually - how it shapes both the people around us, and also the divine itself.
We’ll explore how to bring mindfulness to our speech - the way our words shape the “tribes” in our own lives, and how they reach upward too.
Through movement, breathwork, and grounding postures, we’ll bring these themes into the body: using breath as a guide for our speech, using movement to incline ourselves and others toward a different perspective, and reaching for righteousness with our words.
This is an accessible class open to all! No prior experience necessary. Join the recording below.
