You are welcome to tune into the next session in our Hineni with Ami parshah series: accessible embodied Judaism and yoga inspired by the weekly parshah and Chassidic wisdom.
This week’s parshah, Shelach, explores themes of perspective, faith, and the possibility of seeing differently. Drawing from Chassidic teachings, we’ll reflect on how our experience of the world is shaped not only by what we encounter, but by how we perceive it — and how we might learn to find possibility, presence, and even sweetness within challenge.
Through movement, breathwork, and grounding postures, we’ll bring these themes into the body: practicing steadiness amidst uncertainty, expanding our perspective, cultivating trust, and softening our relationship to difficulty.
This is an accessible class open to all. No prior experience necessary. Join the recording below…
