Parshat Ki Teitzei Hineni Yoga Flow

This week's parshah, Ki Teitzei, includes the law of the "beautiful captive" — a woman taken in war whom a man wishes to marry, and the process the Torah requires before that marriage can happen.
Drawing on this text, Rav Moshe Chaim Ephraim teaches the law of the captive as a metaphor: her garb represents our own thoughts, which are made up of letters of divine light waiting to be uncovered and returned to their source.
Through breath and movement, we'll explore what it means to remove the "garb" — the layers covering our thoughts — and release the light underneath. We've also included a short embodiment practice you can carry into the week.
