This week’s parshah, Beha’alotecha, explores themes of longing and connection. Drawing from the Baal Shem Tov and the Or Torah of the Maggid of Mezritch, we’ll reflect on the idea that we are shaped through relationship - longing, yearning, and reaching toward one another.
Through movement, breathwork, and grounding postures, we’ll integrate these themes into the body: the feeling of reaching, longing, connecting, and wholeness.
