Parshat Naso Hineni Yoga Flow

This week’s Torah portion brings us one of the most beautiful gifts in all of Torah — a blessing for peace. Moses receives not just laws, but a script — actual words and gestures for how to channel divine blessing into the world.

We’re going to explore that today, through our bodies.

When the Chassidic master the Kedushat Levi looks at the priestly blessing, he notices something remarkable: that blessing moves through our hands. The way we hold them, open them, extend them — this isn’t ceremony for its own sake. It’s a teaching about how we give and receive.

The Baal Shem Tov, the founder of the Chassidic movement in the 1700s, understood that Torah isn’t only for the mind. He wanted everyone — not just scholars — to feel wisdom in their bones. That’s exactly what we’re doing here.

So today, we’ll sit with the Kedushat Levi’s teaching on this parshah, and then we’ll let our breath and our movement become the practice — a living embodiment of blessing.

Let’s begin.
